   I’d say the Super Distortion, i’ve used the Dimebucker and it was too trebley and tinny, Dimebag didn’t even use them, he used Bill Lawrence XL-500’s in his guitars. I just ordered a Super Distortion for my les paul.

    If you want classic …
    If you want classic ’80s sound on a Kramer Baretta and you care about historical accuracy, get a Seymour Duncan JB, the ordinary bridge version, not that trembucker version.

    Super Distortion is also a classic pickup, perfect for ’80s too. Especially in the ’80s; everyone was on either a JB or a SD. Either pickup will serve you well mate.

    Hi mate, has the super distortion more output than the seymour duncan SH4 ?
    Which one is more powerful between those 2 pickups ?
    I plan to buy a Kramer baretta, and to replace the brige pick up, but still don’t know which one will give a typical 80’s sound better

    The Super Distortion sounds great through distortion.. But how does it sound clean?

    Trust me when I say …
    Trust me when I say you WON’T be disappointed! Sure there are plenty of other “hotter” pickups out there, but the Super Distortion is one of the most balanced “hot” pickups there is.

    Brother, you deserve EVERY positive comment you get! Your playing and tone make me envious. I too have a Les Paul with a DiMarzio “Super Distortion” in the bridge position that I use a Zoom 505 with sometimes. Your English is also pretty good, too
