I’m looking for a free video editing program I can download that can play my videos and slow motion with the distorted/slow motion sound (You know? the "NNNNOOOOO…." sound you usually see in funny videos). Movie Maker doesn’t have it.
You could try following software for some of your request features:

A powerful freeware video editor with lots of features, including a choice of compression codecs, splitting, addition of audio tracks.

In this movie you will hear what i believe to be a young mans voice saying Hello during a tv show.
Just goes to show that EVPs can be captured on all sorts of devices.
A friend said it might just be sound distorting from the tv company. firstly i get my tv through fibre optic cable. Secondly you can still hear the tv show music but alot fainter while the young man/Boy says Hi.
For me its a EVP.

I never had that problem with any of my other vehicles, I replaced the speakers because I thought that was the problem but they still sound distorted. Would i need to replace the cd player?
You are overdriving the speakers – clipping. The Cd player can’t produce a clean enough sound at hi volume levels. Try a higher end amplifier or Cd player.

This is a way that I discovered to get distortion like sound with actually distorting it. It probably won’t work for the kind of distortion used on a guitar, but for the bass it is a good substitute. It offers an interesting trade off of control: it lets the player have complete control of when (by loudness) of when they want distortion, but it only allows for one effect.
